Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing is required.
• RN license and BLS certification are required.
• Minimum 1 year in acute care setting preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows-based programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments across physiological, psychological, and social dimensions.
• Develop and revise individualized care plans per standards of care.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and self-care.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure safe, effective care.
• Document care activities accurately in the medical record.
• Evaluate outcomes and adjust plans to improve health results.
• Adhere to infection control and safety regulations.
