Job summary

AdventHealth in Denver, CO is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shift to deliver comprehensive nursing care. You will assess patients, implement care plans, administer medications, educate families, and coordinate with the healthcare team in a high-demand hospital setting.

You must hold an RN license and BLS, have at least an Associate’s degree in Nursing, and ideally a Bachelor's degree. Eligible candidates may receive a 15K sign-on bonus and relocation assistance under the Clinical Ladder

Qualifications

• Associate's of Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• 1+ year in acute care hospital setting preferred.
• RN license and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental and social factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans; regularly evaluate and revise plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and protocols; monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self-care.
