The Registered Nurse at Good Samaritan – Bethany provides individualized care using the nursing process and collaborates with residents, families and the interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.

With a 12-hour night shift, 72 hours per 2-week period, the role includes potential weekend rotation, shift differentials, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. Minnesota RN licensure is required.

Qualifications

• RN license in Minnesota required.
• Graduate from nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assess, diagnose, plan, implement, evaluate).
• Collaborate with residents, families and interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate resident care, education and nursing interventions.
