Job summary

Advocate Health’s 8T Mother Baby Nursing Unit in Charlotte, NC is seeking a part-time RN for PRN night shifts (7p–7a) including weekends and holidays. Requires accredited nursing program completion, RN license in-state, and BLS; ACLS/PALS within 6 months. Inpatient experience preferred, with a nurse‑to‑patient ratio of 1:3–4.

Qualifications

• Completion of accredited nursing program.
• RN license valid in the state of practice.
• BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire.
• Inpatient RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum using evidence‑based practice and strong communication.
