Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced RN for a PRN night shift on the 8T Mother Baby unit. This role supports postpartum care and newborns, with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:3-4 couplets.

This part-time position requires a nursing degree, active RN license, BLS, ACLS/PALS within 6 months, and at least 6 months of RN experience; inpatient experience preferred. Weekend and holiday coverage is required.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• ACLS and PALS are required within 6 months of hire.
• At least 6 months RN experience; inpatient RN experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care and lead efforts to create a safe patient environment and best patient experience.
