Job summary

Southern Health Partners, Inc. seeks a Registered Nurse Night Supervisor to lead the overnight nursing team at Montgomery County Jail, Clarksville, TN. The role runs Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, with a night shift differential. You will supervise, provide clinical guidance, and ensure high-quality patient care in a correctional setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Leadership experience on night shifts preferred.
• Ability to supervise overnight nursing teams and coordinate care.
• Strong documentation and adherence to correctional healthcare policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overnight nursing team and ensure patient care stays on track.
• Serve as the primary clinical resource for questions and rapid decision‑making.
• Coordinate nursing operations to maintain efficient, high‑quality care.
• Assist with assessments, treatments, medication administration, and emergencies.
• Promote compliance with nursing standards, policies, and jail healthcare guidelines.
• Coach and mentor nurses to perform at their best each shift.
• Collaborate with medical providers and facility staff for continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support quality assurance.
