Job summary

Self Regional in Greenwood, SC is seeking an RN Patient Flow Coordinator for night shift to oversee patient movement and ensure safe, efficient transitions of care.

Reporting to the Director of Nursing Quality and Excellence, you will collaborate with units, case management, bed management, ED, and ancillary departments to reduce bottlenecks, optimize throughput, and coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers using real-time data and clinical judgment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and SC RN license.
• Two to three years hospital nursing experience in relevant area.
• CPR certification within 1 month of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of patient movement throughout the hospital to ensure safe, efficient transitions.
• Collaborates with nursing units, case management, bed management, ED, and ancillary departments.
• Uses real-time data and clinical judgment to facilitate admissions, discharges and transfers.
