Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Mesa, AZ. The role focuses on delivering specialized care to premature and critically ill neonates, monitoring respiratory status, and coordinating nutrition and thermoregulation to support infant development.

The successful candidate will have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, an active RN license in the state, and BLS and NRP certifications; RNC-NIC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and IV therapy with precision dosing for neonatal patients.
• Supports thermoregulation, feeding, and developmental care needs of NICU infants.
• Educates and supports families throughout their infant's NICU stay.
• Documents assessments, interventions, and infant response in the medical record.

Education & Experience

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Required)
• Minimum 1-2 years of NICU or pediatric critical care nursing experience (Preferred)

Licenses & Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (Required)
