TEEMA Solutions Group seeks a Registered Nurse specialized in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) to provide comprehensive care for premature and critically ill newborns in Mesa, AZ.

This role emphasizes respiratory support management, accurate dosing of medications, thermoregulation and nutrition, and close collaboration with families to guide them through the NICU journey.

Qualifications

• Must have Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 1–2 years NICU or pediatric critical care nursing experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provides continuous monitoring and care for premature and critically ill neonates.
• Manages respiratory support, including ventilators, CPAP, and oxygen therapy.
• Administers medications and IV therapy with precision dosing for neonatal patients.
• Supports thermoregulation, feeding, and developmental care needs of NICU infants.
• Educates and supports families throughout their infant's NICU stay.
• Documents assessments, interventions, and infant response in the medical record.

Job Summary

Education & Experience

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Required)

Licenses & Certifications

• Current RN license in state of practice (Required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (Required)
• Certification in Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing (RNC-NIC) (Preferred)
