Requires RN license, BLS, and NRP, with 1–2 years NICU/pediatric critical care experience preferred; RNC-NIC is a plus. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• 1–2 years NICU or pediatric critical care nursing experience preferred.
• Current RN license in state of practice required.
• BLS and NRP certifications required; RNC-NIC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides continuous monitoring and care for premature and critically ill neonates.
• Manages respiratory support, including ventilators, CPAP, and oxygen therapy.
• Administers medications and IV therapy with precision dosing for neonatal patients.
• Supports thermoregulation, feeding, and developmental care needs of NICU infants.
• Educates and supports families throughout their infant’s NICU stay.
• Documents assessments, interventions, and infant response in the medical record.

Education & Experience

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Required)

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (Required)
