Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit team in Arizona. The RN will provide specialized nursing care to premature and critically ill neonates, monitor respiratory support, and support families throughout the NICU stay.

Requirements include an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, current RN license in the state of practice, and BLS/NRP certifications. 1–2 years NICU experience is preferred; RNC-NIC is a plus.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree required or equivalent.
• NICU/pediatric critical care experience preferred (1–2 years).
• Active RN license in the state of practice required.
• BLS certification required.
• NRP certification required.
• RNC-NIC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Continuous monitoring and care for premature and critically ill neonates.
• Manage respiratory support including ventilators, CPAP, and oxygen therapy.
• Administer medications and IV therapy with precise neonatal dosing.
• Support thermoregulation, feeding, and developmental care for NICU infants.
• Educate and support families during the infant's NICU stay.
• Document assessments, interventions, and infant response in the medical record.

Education & Experience

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Required)
• Minimum 1-2 years of NICU or pediatric critical care nursing experience (Preferred)

Licenses & Certifications

• Current RN license in state of practice (Required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (Required)
• Certification in Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing (RNC-NIC) (Preferred)
