Origin Travel Nurses is seeking a Travel RN for NICU in Thornton, CO for a 13-week contract. Night shift runs 7 PM to 7 AM, with a strong focus on neonatal care and collaboration within a skilled team.

The ideal candidate carries at least 1 year of NICU acute care experience, holds BLS and NRP certifications, and has Level 2 NICU experience. Preferred candidates include Level 3/4 NICU exposure and Eat Sleep Console familiarity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of current NICU RN acute care experience.
• BLS and NRP certifications required.
• Level 2 NICU experience is essential.
• Infant resuscitation experience is a must.
• Preferred: Level 3 or Level 4 NICU experience, experience with Eat Sleep Console for neonatal abstinence syndrome.

• Assist with the delivery room admissions and initial stabilization of newborns.
• Provide care for neonates including feeder-growers and ventilated infants.
• Collaborate with the Neonatal Nurse Practitioner during procedures such as umbilical line placement and intubations.

• Participate in a supportive and collaborative care environment with an engaged leadership team.

We are seeking a dedicated Travel RN for our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The ideal candidate will have a strong acute care background with a focus on neonatal care and be prepared to work both independently and collaboratively within a highly skilled team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the delivery room admissions and initial stabilization of newborns.
• Provide care for neonates including feeder-growers and ventilated infants.
• Collaborate with the Neonatal Nurse Practitioner during procedures such as umbilical line placement and intubations.
