ARMStaffing is seeking a NICU Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract night shift in Phoenix, AZ. The role runs 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 36 hours per week with 24 hours guaranteed, including weekends and a holiday.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated NICU Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract position. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional clinical skills in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit setting while adhering to the highest standards of patient care. This role includes weekend requirements and an assigned holiday.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to create and implement care plans.
• Monitor and assess patients for changes in condition and report accordingly.
• Provide emotional support and education to families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 24 months of NICU experience is required.
• Current and active certifications in NRP and BLS (AHA or American Red Cross) required upon submission.
• No Nursys Hits.
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations are required.
