Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for NICU II on the night shift in Lancaster, PA. This 13-week contract requires 36 hours per week, with every third weekend and holidays on-call.

The RN will manage ventilators and other critical equipment, provide high-level neonatal care, and float to LDRP/Antepartum as needed to support staffing needs.

Qualifications

Job Description

The Registered Nurse in the NICU II unit will provide specialized care to high-risk neonates and will be responsible for managing complex medical equipment and procedures, including ventilators, CPAP/BiPAP, feeding tubes, chest tubes, central lines/PICC, syringe pumps, and blood administration.

Responsibilities

• Attend to high-risk deliveries.
• Maintain a nurse to patient ratio of 1:2.
• Float to LDRP and Antepartum areas as needed.

Required Experience

Must have current BLS and NRP certifications and preferred experience in a NICU setting.

Certifications/Licensure

Active RN license is required.
