Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management in Minnesota seeks an RN to manage and supervise resident care, ensuring compliance with Minnesota BON standards and the Residents’ Bill of Rights. You will assess health status, develop plans of care, and supervise LPNs, CNAs, and nursing staff to ensure safety and quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Associate’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR certification and emergency care.
• CGFNS certificate or NCLEX-RN eligibility or full licensure in MN.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.
• Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients.
• Be accountable for safety, identify and correct problems, and integrate evidence and best practice into nursing care.
• Use data and evidence to improve patient outcomes.
• Supervise LPNs, CNAs and nursing staff to ensure quality and safety.
