Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Neuro Telemetry unit on the night shift. The 13-week assignment runs from 18:45 to 07:15 in a 36-bed unit staffed by about 40 team members, with patient ratios of 5:1–6:1 during the day and 7:1 at night.

Cerner EMR is used; Foley and IV starts are common procedures. Ideal candidates have a minimum of 2 years RN experience, an active RN license, ACLS and NIH certifications.

Qualifications

• Telemetry experience required.
• Active RN license required.
• ACLS and NIH certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in a Telemetry unit.
• Maintain patient safety and reporting standards.
• Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation.
• Perform Foley insertions and IV starts.
• Adhere to 5:1–7:1 day ratios and 7:1 at night.
• Commit to every other weekend schedule.
