Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a senior nurse leader to manage the Network Float Pool, overseeing day-to-day staffing across multiple acute care and outpatient settings. The role involves rounds at HonorHealth centers and driving efficiency in scheduling and resource use.

Responsibilities include staffing oversight, performance coaching, and collaboration with leadership to maintain high-quality, cost-effective patient care across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Healthcare is required.
• Master's in Healthcare or Business is preferred.
• RN licensure in Arizona is required.
• Experience in oversight of staffing, scheduling and float pools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff and ensure adequate staffing levels, including onboarding, evaluating, managing performance and coaching.
• Develop and operate the Network Nursing Float Pool functions, and use data to drive performance and resource utilization.
• Foster collaborations with department managers, educators, and the community to maintain high-quality patient care.
