Job summary

CarePartners Health Services in Asheville, North Carolina, seeks a Float Pool Team Lead Registered Nurse to combine direct patient care with clinical oversight. This role ensures efficient use of staffing across the Mission Health System and supports daily operations.

You will coordinate internal staffing, educate and engage staff, and collaborate with system leaders to ensure safe, competent care. An RN license and an associate degree are required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required.
• RN license required.
• Experience in staffing coordination or staffing company preferred.

Responsibilities

• Split time between direct patient care and clinical oversight.
• Coordinate staffing resources across CarePartners Internal Staffing nursing and therapy staff.
• Provide general administrative support and assist program operations.
