University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics Authority seeks an RN Navigator for Pediatric Complex Care at American Family Children's Hospital in Madison, WI. This 100% FTE role, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, has no weekends or major holidays, with hours subject to department needs.
The RN will coordinate care for children with complex conditions, provide care via telephone and MyChart, and support families with education and resources.
