Qualifications

• 5 years as a Registered Nurse with 1 year in a clinical specialty, per ANCC or national nursing organization guidance.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• RN license in NC or a Compact state; BLS certification.

• Reviews patient cases and navigates patients through their healthcare journey.
• Develops care plans with providers to ensure a streamlined patient experience.
