Job summary

LifeStream is seeking an RN NAT Trainer to lead Nurse Aide Training / Home Health Aide programs. You will serve as the primary program contact, develop and deliver curriculum, and coordinate testing with regulatory bodies and external vendors.

The role supports LifeStream’s public and private training efforts and requires collaboration with the Nursing team and management. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm, with a salary range of 75,000–85,000.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Nurse Aide or Home Health Aide training.
• Knowledge of Massachusetts NAT regulations.
• Ability to coordinate scheduling and testing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary training program contact for NAT/HHA programs.
• Create, update and present curriculum for NAT/HHA programs.
• Coordinate testing with external vendors and licensing bodies.
• Prepare students for state testing and ensure successful completion of the program.
• Proctor testing as needed.
• Maintain records and invoicing for private pay students.
