Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a registered nurse for a night shift at Sonoran Crossing Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ. The RN will provide direct patient care in a Medical/Surgical unit, perform assessments, administer medications, manage IVs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Arizona RN license required or eligible for licensure in the state.
• BLS certification required.
• 1 year med-surg or acute care RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze health data to develop patient care plans.
• Administer medications and IV therapies per orders.
• Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
• Document patient care and monitor outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home care.
