Cynet Health is seeking an experienced RN for MS Tele on a 13-week travel assignment in Indiana. You will work 12-hour day shifts in a Medical/Surgical/Telemetry unit, with a patient ratio and acuity requiring telemetry proficiency.
Candidates must have a valid RN license, ACLS and BLS, and a minimum of 2 years in a similar role, with ability to float to related units and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Description:Please ensure you provide all schedule requests and accommodations upon submission.Any requests made after the offer or during the assignment are not guaranteed to be approved.Weekend coverage is required every other weekend.Floating to like units is required.Candidates must work 2 out of 3 major holidays during the assignment.First-time travelers are welcome to apply.Travelers must have experience managing a patient ratio of 5-7 patients.Knowledge of telemetry, dysrhythmia interpretation, and IV maintenance is essential.Ideal staffing on the unit consists of 5 nurses and 3 techs for 5 patients per nurse.Occasionally, staffing may adjust to 4 nurses with an increased patient ratio.Cardiac experience is not required; any medical/surgical or telemetry experience is sufficient.Block scheduling may be available, but it is not guaranteed.Special procedures and patient diagnoses include chest pain, heart failure, and alcohol withdrawal.Travelers are expected to uphold high standards of patient care and work collaboratively with the team.Floating between hospitals or affiliate units is mandatory for all travelers.Two supervisor references are required for submission.Candidates must have graduated from an accredited nursing program.Experience with the Cerner charting system is preferred.All applicants must furnish necessary identification and documentation for compliance.This position requires adherence to infection control protocols and patient safety measures.Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic clinical environment is essential.
