Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Medical Surgical Oncology unit on a 13-week MS Tele assignment. You will provide care for medical, surgical, and oncology patients with a 1:5-6 nurse-to-patient ratio, and cover day shifts that are 12 hours long.

The role requires weekend coverage every other weekend and floating within the service line as needed. Must have EPIC charting experience, chemotherapy administration experience, and the ability to interpret dysrhythmias.

Qualifications

Description:The position is for a Registered Nurse in a Medical Surgical Oncology unit.The nurse will provide care for medical, surgical, and oncology patients.There is a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:5-6.This position requires working weekend shifts every other weekend.The nurse will float within the service line as needed.Additional certifications in BCLS, NIH, and ACLS are mandatory.Experience in administering chemotherapy is essential.Familiarity with the EPIC charting system is necessary.The daily census for the unit is around 19 patients.The unit includes Comfort Care Suites for end-of-life care.The nurse will be responsible for monitoring patients and managing medications.Excellent communication and teamwork skills are vital for this role.
