Cynet Health seeks a Night shift RN - Medical-Surgical with telemetry experience for a 13-week assignment in Webster, TX. The role requires an active RN license and BLS, with 12-hour nights and a 4-week weekend rotation.

You will work on Meditech Expanse, float to MS or telemetry as needed, and support patient-to-nurse care ratios. Immediate availability preferred.

Description:Data collection will occur on the unit.The unit has 15 beds.There are 4 staff members per shift.Day shift consists of 3 RNs and 1 Patient Care Technician.Night shift consists of 3 RNs and 1 Patient Care Technician.The patient-to-nurse ratio is 5-6:1.The equipment used in this unit is general medical-surgical, including bladder scanners and EKG machines.The electronic medical record system used is Meditech Expanse.Candidates with phlebotomy and ACLS skills will be prioritized.Procedures performed are patient-specific.The ideal candidate should demonstrate self-initiative, teamwork, and excellent patient experience skills.The typical work schedule includes 4 weekend shifts in a 4-week period.General medical-surgical guidelines and policies apply.Immediate availability may affect hiring preferences.Candidates must be flexible and willing to float to any medical-surgical or telemetry unit.Dress code requires royal blue scrubs.
