Job summary

Scripps Health is seeking a Part-Time RN for the MedSurg Tele Float Pool, supporting Mercy San Diego and Chula Vista hospitals. The schedule features 12-hour Day shifts with 48 hours per pay period and benefits.

This is a Part Time with benefits (48 hrs/pay period), 12-hour Day shifts RN opportunity, working Day in our MedSurg Tele Float Pool between our Mercy Hospitals (San Diego and Chula Vista).

The Site-Based Float Pool at Scripps Mercy San Diego and Chula Vista provides essential nursing support to Stepdown. Nurses enjoy flexibility, teamwork, and leadership support while floating between units. As a MedSurg Tele, you'll join a skilled team focused on delivering excellent care. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, and implementing patient care, while evaluating progress towards outcomes. The RN takes primary responsibility for patient care and collaborates with the care team to ensure optimal results in a family-centered environment.
