Scripps Health is seeking a Part Time RN for 12-hour Night shifts in the MedSurg Tele Float Pool, spanning Mercy San Diego and Mercy Chula Vista. This is a Part Time with benefits (48 hrs/pay period), 12-hour Night shifts RN opportunity in our MedSurg Tele Float Pool between our Mercy Hospitals (San Diego and Chula Vista).

The Site-Based Float Pool at Scripps Mercy San Diego and Chula Vista provides essential nursing support to Stepdown. Nurses enjoy flexibility, teamwork, and leadership support while floating between units. As a MedSurg Tele, you'll join a skilled team focused on delivering excellent care. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, and implementing patient care, while evaluating progress towards outcomes. The RN takes primary responsibility for patient care and collaborates with the care team to ensure optimal results in a family-centered environment.

Eligible for up to $2k new hire incentives for part time.

The following are not eligible for hiring incentives:

• Internal candidates
• Rehires that left Scripps less than 3 years ago

In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the followingcriteria must be met:

• Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offerletter)
• Must remain in original department/specialty
• Must remain in original Job Title
• Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis andmay result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically notedin your offer letter.
