Job summary

Mercy Carthage, a 25-bed hospital serving Carthage and surrounding areas, seeks an experienced RN. The role utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring confidentiality and patient rights while coordinating with other departments.

Qualifications include a nursing degree (ADN/ Diploma/BSN), a minimum of 3 years bedside experience, and current RN licensure in the hiring state or a compact license. AHA Healthcare Provider card is required within probationary period.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3 years bedside related experience
• Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
• Certifications: Must have American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probationary period
