Job summary

Mercy Carthage Hospital is seeking an experienced RN to provide direct patient care within the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process. You will coordinate patient care with other departments, maintain patient rights and confidentiality, and uphold Mercy Service Standards.

A sign-on bonus is available for experienced RNs. Minimum 3 years bedside experience required; MO or compact licensure and a valid RN license must be maintained.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years bedside related experience.
• Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure; maintain requirements.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or course completed within probationary period.

Position Details:

**$15,000 for Experienced RN's**

Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Mercy Carthage is a 25-bed hospital serving the Carthage and surrounding areas.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years bedside related experience
• Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
• Certifications: Must have American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probationary period
