Job summary

Mercy Carthage is seeking an experienced RN to provide patient care using the nursing process, while maintaining accountability for the care of assigned patients.

The role coordinates with other departments and upholds patient rights and Mercy Service Standards, with a $15,000 sign-on bonus for experienced RNs and no contract requirement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years bedside related experience.
• Graduated from a school of nursing (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or training within probation.

Responsibilities

Mercy Carthage is a 25-bed hospital serving the Carthage and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3 years bedside related experience
• Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
• Certifications: Must have American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probationary period
