Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a Med Surg RN to provide compassionate, evidence-based care across multiple campuses. You will lead the nursing process from assessment to evaluation, and build strong relationships with patients and families.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Med Surg, an active RN license, BLS/ACLS, and familiarity with Epic and 3M. Strong communication, problem solving, and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• RN license and graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• 2+ years of Med Surg experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
