Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency in Grovetown, GA seeks a Med Surg RN to support multiple campuses, delivering personalized, evidence-based care.

You will own the nursing process, build connections with patients and families, and collaborate in a team-driven environment focused on safety and quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Valid RN license (single state or multi-state) with BLS and ACLS.
• At least 2 years of Med Surg experience and experience with computer data entry.
• Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to remain calm under pressure.
