Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an experienced Med Surg RN to support a multi-campus care team. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care, focusing on evidence-based practice and patient safety.

You will lead in performance improvement, collaborate with staff and families, and ensure efficient resource use in a high-impact setting. The role requires strong communication, critical thinking, and proficiency with Epic and 3M systems, with a BSN preferred and active RN

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license (state or multi-state compact).
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS; national specialty certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years recent Med Surg experience with data entry proficiency.
• Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and tech skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, with critical thinking and time management skills.
