Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a dedicated RN to provide high-quality Med Surg nursing care across multiple campuses. You will lead the nursing process from assessment to evaluation, build strong patient and family relationships, and participate in improvement initiatives.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence, teamwork, and ongoing professional growth within a fast-paced, evidence-based environment. Strong data entry and tech skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Valid RN license (single state or multi-state), BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of 2+ years recent Med Surg experience and proficiency with computer data entry.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills; ability to remain calm in emergencies.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and basic tech tools; familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is a plus.
