Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a Med Surg RN to support a multi-campus care team in a dynamic healthcare setting. You will assess, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care, building strong connections with patients and families while aiming for superior clinical outcomes.

You will mentor staff, participate in governance initiatives, and drive safety and quality improvements using evidence-based practices. Strong communication and critical thinking are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• RN license; BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum of 2+ years recent Med Surg experience and data entry experience.
• Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and technical skills, with calm under pressure.
• Excellent critical thinking, time management, and evidence-based decision-making skills.
