Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an experienced RN for Med Surg nursing within a multi-campus healthcare team. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate personalized care plans, while building strong patient and family relationships to ensure optimal outcomes.

The role requires an active RN license with BLS/ACLS and a minimum of two years in Med Surg, along with proficiency in data entry and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years recent Med Surg experience and proficiency with computer data entry.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.
