Job summary

Grant Medical Center, part of OhioHealth, is seeking a Staff RN for the Medical Specialty Unit. Provides general nursing care across 24/7 operations; accountable to the Ohio Board of Nursing regulations; collaborates with LPNs and UAPs.

The role requires Ohio RN license and BSN, BLS, and a commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement. Day shift, 36 hours weekly, with professional growth opportunities and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio or multi-state compact.
• BLS certification required.
• BSN degree or higher required with 5 years of employment as stated.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing health assessments for patients.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care with documented interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes and optimize safety and quality.
• Participate in process improvement to enhance clinical quality and efficiency.
