OhioHealth's Riverside Methodist Hospital is seeking a Staff RN for Medical Unit 3 in Columbus, OH. The role provides general nursing care across the continuum in a 24/7 environment, under Ohio Board of Nursing standards.

The nurse delegates tasks to LPNs and UAPs and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team. Requirements include an Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN either at time of hire or within five years.

Formación

• Current RN license in the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification is required.
• BSN degree is required after 5 years of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Assessment/Diagnosis: perform initial and ongoing health assessments for patients and families.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning: document planned nursing interventions based on diagnoses.
• Implementation/Evaluation: evaluate responses to interventions and revise care plan with the team.
• Leadership: participate in process improvement for quality and safety measures.
• Operations: support 24/7/365 unit operations and patient care needs.
