Riverside Methodist Hospital, part of OhioHealth, is seeking a Part-time Staff RN for the Comprehensive Unit. The role covers 24/7/365 patient care in a high reliability environment, with responsibilities for assessment, planning, and coordination of nursing care.

Night shifts apply, and a BSN is required within 5 years of employment. Qualifications include current OH RN license (or multi-state compact), BLS certification, and accurate delegation to LPNs/UAPs as per policy.

Formación

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio (or multi-state compact)
• BLS certification required
• BSN required at 5 years of employment

Responsabilidades

• Provide general nursing care to patients and families throughout the continuum of care in diverse, acute health care settings
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients
• Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs per Ohio Nurse Practice Act
• Participate in process improvement to enhance clinical quality and patient satisfaction
