Southern Health Partners, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator (RN MTA) to join our healthcare team at the Waushara County Jail in Wisconsin. This role keeps you clinically engaged while taking on coordination, organization, and clinical oversight responsibilities.

The schedule runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with no nights or weekends, providing a predictable daytime routine and work-life balance for dedicated nursing professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee nursing care for patients in the correctional healthcare setting
• Perform nursing assessments, treatments, medication administration, and other clinical duties
• Coordinate the daily activities of the healthcare team
• Serve as a clinical resource for nursing and healthcare staff
• Collaborate with correctional officers, healthcare providers, and facility leadership
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support continuity of care
• Assist with the organization and day-to-day operations of the medical department
• Work independently while serving as a dependable clinical resource for the team

What You'll Do

As the RN Medical Team Administrator, you'll help coordinate the delivery of quality healthcare services while remaining involved in patient care.

Your Responsibilities May Include
