Job summary

Southern Health Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator (RN MTA) for the Waushara County Jail in Wisconsin. This role focuses on coordination, organization, and clinical oversight while staying actively involved in patient care.

The position offers a daytime, no-night schedule: 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with no weekends. You will lead the healthcare team and ensure care meets SHP policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee nursing care for patients in the correctional healthcare setting
• Perform nursing assessments, treatments, medication administration, and other clinical duties
• Coordinate the daily activities of the healthcare team
• Serve as a clinical resource for nursing and healthcare staff
• Collaborate with correctional officers, healthcare providers, and facility leadership
• Help ensure patient care is delivered according to SHP policies and applicable standards
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support continuity of care
• Assist with the organization and day-to-day operations of the medical department
• Work independently while serving as a dependable clinical resource for the team

What You'll Do
