Job summary

Southern Health Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator (RN MTA) for Waushara County Jail in Wisconsin. The position features a daytime schedule from 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with no nights and no rotating hospital units.

The RN MTA will coordinate and oversee clinical care, participate in assessment and treatment, and act as a clinical resource for the nursing team while collaborating with officers and facility leadership.

• Provide and oversee nursing care for patients in the correctional healthcare setting
• Perform nursing assessments, treatments, medication administration, and other clinical duties
• Coordinate the daily activities of the healthcare team
• Serve as a clinical resource for nursing and healthcare staff
• Collaborate with correctional officers, healthcare providers, and facility leadership
• Help ensure patient care is delivered according to SHP policies and applicable standards
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support continuity of care
• Assist with the organization and day-to-day operations of the medical department
• Work independently while serving as a dependable clinical resource for the team

What You'll Do
