Southern Health Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator to join our healthcare team at Waushara County Jail.

This full-time daytime role combines direct nursing with coordination, organization, and clinical oversight, helping ensure high-quality care in a correctional setting.

Schedule is 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM, Monday through Friday—no nights, no rotating units, and no mandatory weekends, for a predictable life outside work.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in good standing.
• Experience in correctional healthcare or secure facilities preferred.
• Strong coordination and clinical oversight abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of nursing care in correctional setting.
• Perform nursing assessments and clinical duties.
• Lead daily activities of healthcare team and serve as clinical resource.
• Collaborate with officers, providers, and facility leadership.
• Ensure care is delivered according to SHP policies and standards.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and continuity of care.

What You'll Do

As the RN Medical Team Administrator, you'll help coordinate the delivery of quality healthcare services while remaining involved in patient care.

Your Responsibilities May Include

• Provide and oversee nursing care for patients in the correctional healthcare setting


• Perform nursing assessments, treatments, medication administration, and other clinical duties


• Coordinate the daily activities of the healthcare team


• Serve as a clinical resource for nursing and healthcare staff


• Collaborate with correctional officers, healthcare providers, and facility leadership


• Help ensure patient care is delivered according to SHP policies and applicable standards


• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support continuity of care


• Assist with the organization and day-to-day operations of the medical department


• Work independently while serving as a dependable clinical resource for the team
