Job summary

Southern Health Partners, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator (RN MTA) for Waushara County Jail in Wisconsin.

This full-time daytime position focuses on clinical nursing and administrative oversight within the jail’s healthcare team. The role offers a consistent 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM schedule Monday through Friday, with a pathway for leadership responsibilities, coordination of care, and collaborative work with correctional staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee nursing care for patients in the correctional healthcare setting
• Perform nursing assessments, treatments, medication administration, and other clinical duties
• Coordinate the daily activities of the healthcare team
• Serve as a clinical resource for nursing and healthcare staff
• Collaborate with correctional officers, healthcare providers, and facility leadership
• Help ensure patient care is delivered according to SHP policies and applicable standards
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support continuity of care
• Assist with the organization and day-to-day operations of the medical department
• Work independently while serving as a dependable clinical resource for the team

What You'll Do

As the RN Medical Team Administrator, you'll help coordinate the delivery of quality healthcare services while remaining involved in patient care.
