Southern Health Partners, Inc. seeks a Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator (RN MTA) to join the Waushara County Jail healthcare team in Wisconsin. The role blends clinical nursing with coordination, organization, and clinical oversight to support high-quality inmate care.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM, offering a stable daytime schedule with no nights or weekend rotations. A sign-on and retention bonus are available to qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee nursing care for patients in the correctional healthcare setting
• Perform nursing assessments, treatments, medication administration, and other clinical duties
• Coordinate the daily activities of the healthcare team
• Serve as a clinical resource for nursing and healthcare staff
• Collaborate with correctional officers, healthcare providers, and facility leadership
• Help ensure patient care is delivered according to SHP policies and applicable standards
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support continuity of care
• Assist with the organization and day-to-day operations of the medical department
• Work independently while serving as a dependable clinical resource for the team

What You'll Do
