Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs and documents physical, psychosocial, and emotional assessments.
• Develops an appropriate plan of care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Identifies and implements nursing interventions based on assessment.
• Prioritizes nursing interventions and reports changes in condition.
• Maintains accurate documentation of interventions and education provided.
• Participates in safety, quality, and performance improvement initiatives.
