Job summary

Medasource is seeking a Travel RN for the Medical Acute Care/Med/Surg/Ortho unit at HCA HealthONE Mountain Ridge in Thornton, CO. This 7A–7P assignment supports a 26-bed unit with high energy and strong teamwork.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year Med/Surg acute care experience and BLS; ACLS is preferred. Medasource offers competitive benefits, travel stipends, and flexible scheduling for this assignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year current Med/Surg acute care hospital experience.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide RN care for Medical Acute Care patients on 7A-7P shift.
• Handle drips such as heparin and post-op radial cardiac cath care.
• Collaborate with team including RNs and PCTs.
• Maintain patient safety and documentation in Meditech.

• Type of equipment – Baxter IV pumps, SCD machines
• EMR – Meditech
