Mercy is seeking an RN for Medical Stepdown on FT Nights (7:00pm-7:30am). The role uses the nursing process to deliver patient care and coordinates care across departments while upholding patient rights and confidentiality.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in Illinois or compact licensure.
• Graduated from an approved nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Position Details:

RN Medical Stepdown- FT Nights

7:00pm-7:30am

$20,000 Sign On Bonus- Experienced Nurses

$10,000 Sign On Bonus- New Graduates

Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).

Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.

Certifications:

• Basic Life Support certification or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.

Physical Requirements:

• Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
