Job summary

Mercy is hiring an RN for Medical Stepdown on FT Nights (7:00pm-7:30am). You will utilize the nursing process to provide patient care, coordinate with departments, and evaluate care effectiveness. Sign-on bonuses apply: $20,000 for experienced nurses and $10,000 for new graduates.

Education requirements include nursing school graduation (AD/Diploma/BSN) and an active RN license within the hiring state or compact licensure. BLS certification is required or completed within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Missouri or compact state.
• Graduated from a school of nursing (AD, Diploma, or BSN).
• Basic Life Support certification or complete within 30 days of hire.

RN Medical Stepdown- FT Nights

7:00pm-7:30am

$20,000 Sign On Bonus- Experienced Nurses

$10,000 Sign On Bonus- New Graduates

Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).

Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.

Certifications:

• Basic Life Support certification or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.

Physical Requirements:

• Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
