Mercy is seeking an RN for Medical Stepdown on the 7:00pm-7:30am night shift. You will deliver patient care using the nursing process, coordinate with other departments, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality.

Qualifications include graduation from an approved nursing program and an active RN license in Missouri or a compact state, with BLS either in place or obtainable within 30 days of hire. Mercy offers robust benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• RN license required in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Position Details:

RN Medical Stepdown- FT Nights

7:00pm-7:30am

$20,000 Sign On Bonus- Experienced Nurses

$10,000 Sign On Bonus- New Graduates

Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).

Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.

Certifications:

• Basic Life Support certification or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.

Physical Requirements:

• Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
